I would like to start by thanking Dr. Preeti Pahwa and the entire team at Cloudnine Hospital. They played a huge role in helping me have the normal delivery I was hoping for.

I started consulting Dr. Preeti towards the end of my third month of pregnancy through a referral. Right from the beginning, she was very direct and practical about what was actually needed. She never gave me false hopes or sugar-coated things, and I really appreciated that. It made me mentally stronger and helped me stay motivated throughout my pregnancy.

I had always wanted a vaginal delivery, and I discussed this openly with her. She prepared me practically and guided me throughout the pregnancy. I followed her advice sincerely, and although some things were difficult in the beginning, I truly feel that her preparation helped me during labour.

During my delivery, the assistant doctor and the medical team were extremely supportive and well-coordinated. Even though there was a shift change during labour, the handover was so smooth that I never felt any disruption. Everyone in the labour room was involved, kept motivating me, and helped me stay focused during active labour. I felt like I could actually sync with the team, which made the whole experience much smoother.

Even after the delivery, our stay and care were very well taken care of. The overall experience was reassuring and comfortable.
