The doctor explained everything clearly during the consultation. The clinic environment was generally fine, but there was a long waiting time both for the appointment and at the pharmacy counter. I have started the medicines today and will decide on recommending the doctor after seeing some improvement. Overall, I would rate the experience as 4 out of 5.

The doctor was very good and explained everything clearly. However, the waiting time was very long, around two to two and a half hours, and the staff were rude. I do not want to give an overall rating because I want to separate my feedback for the doctor and the hospital experience.

My experience with Dr. Praveen Gupta was fine. The doctor explained the next steps clearly. However, the clinic was a bit delayed as my appointment was at 1:30 pm but I got a seat only around 2:10 pm. I am not ready to recommend the doctor yet as I want to complete the treatment first and see if my headache improves.
