My last visit to a dentist before yday was almost 6yrs ago and my experience was so bad that i didn’t want to even see another dentist. I am a new patient and was surprised with the care that Dr. Prasoon Dwivedi and staff gave me from setting my first appointment to a warm welcome when walking through their door to the Awesome care in the chair, I wish i could had that level of concentrationand the amount of expertise that i didnt even had to give him pointers about my last visit to a dentist and in minutues i am being told what might have gone wrong and where and that ability to calm someone who is blabbering in pain is outstanding.

I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. And on a personal note would suggest all to take care of the oral hygiene and schedule a routine checkup as one said prevention is better than cure and less painful :).

He speaks very politely and with a smile on his face which is very important for the patient who is visiting him.He explained the reason of my toothache as I was going through lot of pain... he told me that RCT has to be done...he explained the treatment very nicely...He will chat with u while doing the treatment to make u comfortable...until unless he and the patient both are not satisfied with the treatment he keeps the process in continuity...I didn't had any pain pre and post treatment .thank u so much Dr. Prasoon...

osm...!! as always...😊 Its been over 14 years now he is the only doctor my family prefer to visit without fear especially my son... the way he make you comfertable before, during and after the treatment is what i consider his biggest strength. keep up the good work doctor...!!

His pleasant and friendly interaction put me at ease, though visiting a dentist is a bit of stress. The concern Dr Prasoon shows and tenderness with which he treats is possibly his outstanding point. Dr Prasoon, a very patient listener. Does a good diagnosis and handles patient properly taking care of the emotions and fears. My mother had a problem in her teeth and was afraid of pain, he took care and brought her to a comfort level before taking any steps.

Dr Prasoon is very humble polite and friendly. He explains the issue and treatment in detail. The is best at his work. Clinic is also clean and well maintained. We never had to wait for our turn on appointment time. Thanks to my friend who refered him to me and now i definetly recommend him to everyone.
