Dr. Nitin Kumar

Dr Nitin Kumar is a consultant cardiologist currently practising in New Delhi and Gurgaon. After his MBBS graduation from Pune, he pursued further training in the United Kingdom for over 13 years. This initially involved working and training in General Medicine and completing his MRCP(UK) in 2008 following which he chose to super specialise in Cardiology. This involved working and training at different elite cardiology tertiary care centres across United Kingdom and completing a structured super speciality program in Cardiology and achieving his certificate of completion of training in cardiology in 2015 (CCT - Cardiology -UK) from the prestigious Bristol Heart Institute in Bristol, United Kingdom.He has authored multiple international publications in peer reviewed journals along with authoring various book chapters and has been a presenter and faculty at various national and international level meetings. He also has a keen interest in medical education and was formerly a Teaching Associate at the Newcastle Medical University and also a MBBS examiner for the University.He obtained the Fellowship of Higher Education Authority of UK(FHEA- UK) during his attachment with the Newcastle University.
