I had a red eye problem for a a year and visited several eye surgeons, but only Dr. Neeru Chauhan Arora was able to cure it within four months. Her explanations were always clear and helpful. The clinic environment was welcoming, and both the staff and the doctor were fabulous.

I have visited the doctor twice and on both occasions she has spoken unprofessionally with sarcasm at the kind of parenting I do. She is ill informed about food for infants .Blatantly encourages feeding Parle G biscuits , use of salt and sugar in food for below 1 year baby. She uses cheap language while speaking and thinks it's funny . Passes contradictory statements on food. Her comments are unprofessional and unwarranted . Last visit she said that I should spend money on good skin products for my baby . She needs to understand that patients are also well educated and she has no right to be sarcastic with them specially when she needs quite a bit of catching up on new medical research and findings . Happy to share more details . Surely not a professional doctor.

Dr. Neeru’s medication has been helpful to me several times. She hears out the ailments systematically and patiently, assures you of cure, remembers your past malady and cure. I have consulted her for my BP, omicron and flu infections. She also cured my dog off her epilepsy attacks. Her secretary is knowledgeable, polite and prompt. Her consultation can be online or inperson which makes it very convenient to reach her. The medicines are always delivered on time. All in all a very satisfying experience.
