Visited For FluColds
Although there was not much wait time, her staff was efficient to weigh up and take BP and frisk us to her room for appointment and Dr Neelima was also kind and courteous. She prescribed some meds including an antibiotic. Mainly I wanted the name of the cough syrup to have in pregnancy and she prescribed Chericof. I even bought it as soon as back home but before consuming I checked online and noted that it's probably banned in 2016 and not safe in pregnancy. I was disappointed as we came back liking the doctor and thought we have found a reliable general practitioner closer to home.
Then I checked with my gynaecologist that I am not confident having Chericof and she suggested to have honeytus syrup instead as being safe.
Money and time wasted. But thank god I didn't take a risk with my precious baby.
Any flicker of a doubt then we should be careful.
Wonder how can the doctor prescribe an unsafe drug to a pregnant woman?
I need answers from Dr Neelima as this is the only place where I can hope to hear from her. (No numbers provided to call back on her prescription)
Visited For Fever Treatment
Worst experience with the doctor . She also sits in Max hospital. I visited the doctor there. She prescribed me a number of costly test and took my fever lightly. I was suffering from high fever from last two days and even after getting those expensive tests done had no clear picture regarding my disease. My condition was not getting any better with her medicines and fever was not subsiding. when I texted her about my condition she didn't even reply . I tried reaching her and called a number of times but she didn't pick . Infact the test she prescribed were too expensive *** **** *** **** ******** ** ** ********* I advise everyone to think twice before visiting her.
Visited For Fever
The doctor was very friendly even though we visited her for the first time. She was quite patient in listening to our problems. *** *** *** ************* ******* ***** ****** Being around 90% sure about the issue she gave a 5 day dosage and requested to visit again after 5 days.
We are yet to see the results of the medication as we consulted with her just yesterday. Don't know if she will be charging for follow up visit after 5 days as the receptionist told that follow up until 3 days is not chargeable.

At our initial visit, Doctor asked to WhatsApp the blood reports for deciding next steps.
Next day once I did, got a very late reply after multiple follow ups on WA and trying to call.
Doctor showed next to no interest in getting to know the condition of the patient or explain what could be the possible cause of the fever (after dengue have been ruled out of blood reports). * ***** *** *** **** ********** ** *** **** ***** *** *** ***** **** ******** *****
