I had a problem regarding a dental implant which was done from elsewhere. There was a problem with the way the caps were fixed, which was causing mouth ulcers. In another dental clinic they tried to remove the caps but were not able to do so. Then I was referred to Dr Navneet Kumar. I have a fear of dentists and haven't been to one in a long time. Recently, I had to have a tooth extracted and I was quite stressed. I got to learn about Imperial Smiles Dental from one of my friends and decided to pay a visit. I explained the problem area to the doctor and he made me feel at ease and told me there is nothing to worry about. Once I was assured about the treatment procedure, I decided to undergo the tooth extraction process. To the contrary belief, there was no pain at all. Doctor and his team did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible. Every team member was welcoming and kind and patient with me even though I was clearly scared. Overall, the entire experience from visiting the clinic to the treatment process and the end result was excellent! First of all, It is a very neat and clean clinic. Precautions are taken well to understanding the about covid - 19. Everyone at the clinic is extremely kind and took time to see if I was comfortable. Amazing doctor, very professional and friendly, properly explained what the issue was and treated the best way possible. Even after the procedure he cared to ask how I was recovering. The best part was he suggested to go for wisdom tooth extraction done on my own will and not to get it done immediately though I got it removed and it was quick and less painful than what I imagined. I really appreciate his efforts to present at clinic during this lockdown phase and helping critical cases like me. I recommend him in all way and will be visiting him for all my future dental problems.

I went with a problem of cavity in the wisdom tooth and Dr. Navneet was really helpful. His work was extraordinary. He took only half an hour to extract the tooth. The procedure was completely painless. He took me through the procedure as well and made me understand everything. Great to have doctors like him with us.
