The first appointment lasted a good 30 minutes. He did a very detailed diagnosis. Explain the problem root cause and course of treatment in depth, provided very reasonable priced medication, and never once suggested any services to be taken necessarily at his clinic the doctor started with doing an x-ray, running some blood tests to identify the root cause. His medication was super effective, and I was finally relieved off the prolonged neck and shoulder pain with his medicines physiotherapy and the exercises he recommended. The clinic has all the basic facilities is like x-ray physiotherapy Blood Test all under one roof. The doctor himself is very patient sincere and Empathetic. The doctor gave a very long impression during the consultation.

The doctor seemed to be in a hurry and barely let me explain my problem before starting off and writing the prescription. He did not even try to get a history of the problem or even examine the area where the pain was. He quickly prescribed the pain to be muscle spasms, wrote down 8 medicines and even prescribed calcium tablets!

Furthermore, he directed me to the pharmacy at Kirti Hospital where I realised the total cost of the medicines he had prescribed would come out to around Rs 900 (the consultation cost Rs 300) and the pharmacist even refused to give a receipt!

Doctor is very good and experienced. I am fully satisfied but the reception does not manage the patients effectively. The sitting area should also be upgraded. Looks very cluttered and unclean.

I am extremely thankful to Dr Navin sahu for my shoulder treatment. He has years of experience and wisdom along with being very patient when addressing patients.

Throughout the treatment, I always felt that i am in very capable hands and it was very reassuring.
