I underwent ACL surgery at Medharbour Hospital under the care of Dr. Nagendra Prasad and his incredible team, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the hospital, I felt more at home than in a medical facility.

Dr. Nagendra Prasad is truly one of the finest doctors I have ever come across—a medical genius with a rare combination of expertise, humility, and professionalism. On the very third day after my surgery, I was able to walk with a walker and put weight on my leg, which itself speaks volumes about his skill. He explained the new ACL grafting technology in such a clear and reassuring manner, which gave me immense confidence and helped me understand how it supports faster recovery.

During the surgery, Dr. Shreya, my anesthetist, handled my palpitations and anxiety with remarkable professionalism and care. She stayed with me throughout the procedure, constantly checking on my comfort and well-being. Her calm presence and compassion truly touched me.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate Sister Lakshmi, who took exceptional care of me throughout my stay. She was always attentive, supportive, and made sure all my needs were met. Special thanks as well to Sister Varsha and Sister Suman for their kindness and assistance, including helping me with a sponge bath and taking me to the washroom with ***** care.

A big thank you to Mr. Karan, who supported me right from the admission process and ensured everything went smoothly. Although I may not recall every name, the entire team of Dr. Nagendra Prasad was absolutely brilliant and coordinated.
