A few weeks ago, I was suffering from persistent fever and initially assumed it was a viral infection due to seasonal changes. Despite taking basic medications, the fever lasted longer than usual. I visited a nearby hospital where some lab tests suggested typhoid, and I was started on antibiotic injections. However, during the treatment, I noticed yellowing of my eyes and skin, which indicated jaundice. This made me and my family extremely worried, and we suspected it might be due to the antibiotics.

During my stay, he took complete responsibility for my treatment, ensured all necessary tests were done, and confirmed that I was suffering from Hepatitis A & E.

Throughout my hospitalization, Dr. Nandal continuously monitored my progress. His humble and friendly nature kept me motivated during the toughest days. Thanks to his timely intervention and guidance, I started recovering well. After discharge, he advised regular follow-ups to track my improvement.

My experience with Dr. Mukesh Nandal was good and he explained everything properly.

********* ******* Very professional and highly experienced. Our patient named Mrs. Rita Devi (35 years old) was critically sick due to multiple problems such as Jaundice, Pancreatitis, Cholangitis and bacterial infections in the blood and Urine. She was one of a kind critical case. She was in extreme pain with very low blood pressure when we brought her to Narayana Superspeciality hospital, Gurugram (couldn't find the hospital's name in the clinic section on Practo for Dr. Mukesh, hence selected one of the available options).

Thankfully Dr. Mukesh and his team took immediate actions for saving her life which had become a very dicy situation for all of us. Within a span of three days she recovered effectively and I am extremely thankful to Dr. Mukesh and his team for the treatment and the high risk ERCP-stenting procedure done by him without anaesthesia as the blood pressure was extremely low in the case of our patient. We would have lost her if it wasn't Dr. Mukesh's decision to do the emergency procedure and taking immediate actions.

Dr. Mukesh also understood patient's poor financial condition and guided us for the best treatment with only the necessary costs involved. I had serious digestive and constipation issues accompanied by cramps, which had been troubling me for two years. Additionally, I struggled with sleep problems. Dr. Nandal addressed these concerns effectively in just few consultation.

For my digestive issues, he provided comprehensive treatment that significantly improved my condition. My long-term constipation, gut inflammation, and cramps were resolved to a great extent. Furthermore, I had internal hemorrhoids due to prolonged constipation. While a previous doctor recommended surgery, Dr. Nandal prescribed an ointment that successfully healed them.

Regarding my sleep issues, he conducted thorough counseling, listened attentively, and motivated me. Initially, he prescribed a short course of antidepressants, which helped me feel much better and improved my sleep during the first week. However, after adjusting the medication, my sleep problems returned. Unfortunately, I didn’t follow up with him about this, so that’s on me.

His approach was experimental yet effective, and I highly recommend him for anyone facing similar concerns in Gurgaon. He even helped with my mental health during the process.
