Dr. Monil Gupta

Few years back I got my dental implants treatment done from Chikitsa Dental Clinic. Dr.Monil attended me & explain all my issues very nicely. I got few teeth fillings & teeth cleaning from her & Dr. Gaurav Gupta did dental implants treatment for me. I'm happy & satisfied with the treatment and would recommend Dr.Monil Gupta.

I visited Dr. Monil Gupta at Chikitsa Dental clinic just to replace my fronth tooth cap with the new one. I was not aware with the infection which my two fronth teeths were holding. Dr. Monil very nicely explained me about that & suggested for the treatment of that infection & then to replace the cap. She

me to go for a RCT of one tooth and a minor surgery for the other tooth. Everything was done as explained & comitted, absolutely painlessly. I'm happy & very satisfied with all the treatment.

My complete family is coming to Dr.Gaurav Gupta & Dr.Monil Gupta since a very long time, almost since two decades. I think if we include all our family, one or the other treatment was done for everyone. May be RCT, wisdom tooth surgery , dental implants & fillings. Recently I got two teeth removal & dental implants from here. Initially they were quite reasonable in treatment charges, but over the time they became unaffordable for us. For that reason we switched our family dentist for sometime. But later I realised that we are more comfortable with chikitsa dental & their treatment standards & patient care protocols were much different from any other place. They never forget courtsey call to know about the health status after any procdure. Always ready to give appointment in odd hours as per our convenience. Our famiy cannot think of any other dental clinic for our treatments. More than five stars rating to this clinic & team.

I visited Dr.Monil Gupta for my bleeding gums problem. Issue was addressed well & all the treatment was explained along with full clarity on charges & timline. I got the teatment done as suggested & I must say it was very nicely done with keeping in mind the comfort level. I was happy & satisfied with that treatment. Later I went back for my tooth implant treatment also which was suggested during first consultation visit. Dental implant treatment was equally comfortable & easy going. A must recommended clinic & team.

I got two of my teeth root canal at Chikitsa Dental from Dr.Monil Gupta. Treatment & charges were explained before starting the treatment & there was full transperancy about everything. Even doctor mentioned success rate of treatment, just assured me for the best, but didn't give any guarantee or did any false committment. Treatment went well & it was absolutely painless. A must recommended clinic & doctor.

My teeth were stained and discolored because of my long term medication in the past. I visited for the same to Dr.Monil Gupta, she very well explained me the whole procedure & details of complete costing & timeline of procedure. First full mouth cleaning was done to remove all plaque & tartar. Later tooth colored cosmetic veneers were fixed on upper front teeth , which gave me bright smile which I desired. I visited Dr.Monil Mam for toothache problem & it was sorted in the very first sitting. She examined my condition, and first suggested for an x-ray. After checking the xray, I was suggested for RCT in one tooth & fillings in other. She assured me for instant pain relief after first sitting of RCt & it actually happened. I'm too much impressed with her work & ptient centric approac & behaviour. A highly recommended dentist and clinic.

My root canal treatment done by Dr.Monil Gupta was absolutely painless. In first visit I was bit anxious, but gain confidence immediately after that. Consultation & counselling session made all my anxiety finished. I'm happy with the treatment done & would definitely recommend the doctor.

I was given 5k costing for normal RCT but while doing the procedure she said the tooth was weak and it broken so we will have to make a bridge and complete the process and the final amount came to 14k. * **** ********* **** ***** ******* * ***** **** **** ** ***** ***** **** ***** **** **** *** **** ***** ***** **** ********** I was promised that nothing will happen and this will remain for life and just capping might come out but that can be fixed. I had no option that time because I was in mid of the process and sitting on chair with open tooth what more can be expected from any customer so I decided to get the process completed. Now when I went back to doctor with the problem that the tooth has come out she said Oh it is broken and we will have to do the process again and this time we need to perform implantation because veins are weak and they won’t be able to hold the bridge. The cost of the complete treatment is 35k but with discount it will cost me 28k. On top of that when I got my X-ray done outside * ** **** *** ********* *** *** **** ******** ***** ** *** **** *** ********* Such a bad experience I had and sorry to mention if the treatment is completed by Dr. Monil then her husband should not check the patient but in my case he examined me when I requested for Dr Monil he said yes she will come in a while if you want to meet. His husband is telling me that I did not visited for the regular check up which is the reason tooth has come out when I was not advised any such thing to follow. I was told not to eat anything hard from that teeth, I was told not to eat eclairs or 5 star chocolates or anything chewy that pulls out the cap and all this I remember but one thing I don’t remember is that I need to visit doctor every 6 months or year. * *** ****** ** ******* **** * ** ***** *** ******** **** *** ****** ** *****. If a customer can pay 14k they can also plan regular check ups so stop blaming people and instead focus on how they should be treated. Please respect people’s time and their hard earned money. With so much faith we choose for the doctors and expect the best treatment but sorry if such instances will occur I don’t know how one can put trust.
