Dr. Monil Gupta is a very good and intelligent doctor who listens carefully. The diagnosis was thorough, and I felt well attended during my appointment. I highly recommend him.

I am very very happy & satisfied with Dr.Monil's treatment & support, that's why I'm giving a very detailed feedback about her. My mother had no teeth in my mouth since many years and was have difficulty in chewing. The dentures never suited her & for implant treatment she was very apprehensive & hesitant. I came to CHIKITSA DENTAL CLINIC and met Dr.Monil mam. For first consultation, I came with my wife, father & mother. The first impression was excellent & looking at the well equipped clinic, our complete family was feeling confident & were expecting good treatment. Dr.Monil very patiently listened & understood my mother's problem. By her confident way of counselling & explaining everything, I developed trust in her and with her experience she adviced me to go for implant supported denture. I was afraid initially but she helped me understand the importance of this treatment. And believing her was my correct decision. She first sent us for complete 3D scan, & after that made complete treatment plan for full mouth implant. When we agreed to the treatment plan, the procedure was initiated & took 4-5 months for the complete treatment. The teeth were fixed over the implants & my mother is very happy with this treatment. Dr.Monil mam and her team of experienced and skillfull doctors did a miracle for us. Journey of this treatment was supportive and very comfortable for us. Appointment scheduling was flawless & there was no unnecessary visits or wastage of time. In this pandemic they are following very strict rules of sanitisation and sterilization.

I am happy with the treatment. Receiving was good & charges are reasonable. We are coming from Andhra Pradesh, but I have never seen this type of treatment in my town. Doctors are also very experienced person they know very well how to treat the patient. They always give good answers for our doubts with patiently. Heard so much about Chikitsa Dental & Dr.Monil Gupta from my friends & colleagues. Finally I tried it and was mighty impressed with the service at such an affordable price. I got my teeth cleaned and doctor has recommended me 2 more rounds which I will do shortly. I was bit hesitant and apprehensive about the dental treatment but after trying my doubts were put to rest.

I wish to thank you profoundly for the treatment I received. If I had known it was going to be effortless I would perhaps have volunteered much earlier. Your skills are top notch and your patience is appreciative.

This clinic and doctors should be given a zero star however since Google allow zero rating to be one star so I am giving one star. I was getting treated for teeth straightening with them.1.The doctors are unprofessional. Numerous times they have made me wait over and hour despite prior appointments and are least apologetic about it. They were very polite till they garnered a major portion of the package money, after that they don't attend to patients properly.2. Doctors ' competence is highly questionable and treat patients in a very rough manner3. The services they claim to offer are put together through outsourced doctors like the ortho , who are seldom available ( only once a month). In case of any emergency or follow up queries they don't have the capability to respond4. Their reception staff lies on the face regarding appointment timings to save their jobs while the owner of the clinic is callous about any patients concern regarding this aspect5. They insist on cash payments and not giving receipts and later feigning AmnesiaOther reviews seem to be paid as I have heard many co patients moaning about same concerns...

I was given 5k costing for normal RCT but while doing the procedure she said the tooth was weak and it broken so we will have to make a bridge and complete the process and the final amount came to 14k. * **** ********* **** ***** ******* * ***** **** **** ** ***** ***** **** ***** **** **** *** **** ***** ***** **** ********** I was promised that nothing will happen and this will remain for life and just capping might come out but that can be fixed. I had no option that time because I was in mid of the process and sitting on chair with open tooth what more can be expected from any customer so I decided to get the process completed. Now when I went back to doctor with the problem that the tooth has come out she said Oh it is broken and we will have to do the process again and this time we need to perform implantation because veins are weak and they won’t be able to hold the bridge. The cost of the complete treatment is 35k but with discount it will cost me 28k. On top of that when I got my X-ray done outside * ** **** *** ********* *** *** **** ******** ***** ** *** **** *** ********* Such a bad experience I had and sorry to mention if the treatment is completed by Dr. Monil then her husband should not check the patient but in my case he examined me when I requested for Dr Monil he said yes she will come in a while if you want to meet. His husband is telling me that I did not visited for the regular check up which is the reason tooth has come out when I was not advised any such thing to follow. I was told not to eat anything hard from that teeth, I was told not to eat eclairs or 5 star chocolates or anything chewy that pulls out the cap and all this I remember but one thing I don’t remember is that I need to visit doctor every 6 months or year. * *** ****** ** ******* **** * ** ***** *** ******** **** *** ****** ** *****. If a customer can pay 14k they can also plan regular check ups so stop blaming people and instead focus on how they should be treated. Please respect people’s time and their hard earned money. With so much faith we choose for the doctors and expect the best treatment but sorry if such instances will occur I don’t know how one can put trust.

I had a great experience in chikitsa dental, felt in safe hands. The doctor made full mouth x-ray for a very nominal charges, just to check the overall status of my teeth. Here they got full mouth xray in couple of minutes and emailed me the soft copy immediately. Never any clinic had emailed me the reports so I had no previous xrays. The doctor found the source of tooth pain due to cavity between the teeth. Treatment options with cost was provided. They have fixed charges of various treatments, which they give a print out. Best part was that, they have cost options from least to best. They gave choice of treatment. I was given reports of xray, cost and allowed to decide for treatment at my convenience.They gave antibiotics and pain killers so I got relief for the time being & I got time to decide what to do. I went to couple of other places and took opinion, but I came back to chikitsa dental, as I found the facilities at Chikitsa better. I got my treatment of root canal, crown and fillings done. She is too good professionally as well as a human also. I am happy to recommend her to all.

First ,I want to tell you that I`m feeling very happy after coming to chikitsa clinic, and treated by Dr.Monil & Dr.Gaurav. I haven`t seen such a well established and systematic clinic before. I appreciate hygiene and proper sterilization methods which are routinely followed in the clinic. I like the way of talking with patients, explaining them the treatment plan and your concern about patients. I like the way in which they follow appointment schedules of patients, so there is no inconvenience to patients and they don`t have to wait for longer time. I like your understanding nature and management in clinic about staff, keeping records of patients, so there is no problem related to earlier done treatments and staff works sincerely in clinic. After treatment, patient goes with a very big smile, because he/she is satisfied with treatment done by Dr.Monil or Dr.Gaurav. You have given the best treatment with due care. I appreciate that you don`t like negligence by staff or dental assistant and you always guide both of them for betterment. I have observed so many good things about you and your practice.

I am happy & satisfied with the treatment done by Dr.Monil Gupta. Overall experience was really very good. I visited the doctor because I found cavity in one of my front teeth and my dental checkup was due for years. After the consultation she gave me a prescription of the treatment and also highlighted those ones which need to be done immediately and the ones which could be done in the next 6 months. I chose to go for the full treatment. Treatment was few teeth fillings root canal and one cap/crown fixing. It was planned over couple of sittings and was done with good comfort. I would be happy to recommend Chikitsa Dental Clinic always.
