Dr. ML Kochar guided us well and recommended an x-ray. He patiently waited at the clinic for over an hour until we brought the film. The explanations were clear, and the clinic environment was good.
Was suffering fro lower back pain for years. Had visited many Ortho Doctors and Physiotherapies and all provided temporary relief as none of these suggested anything else than a surgery to get a permanent cure. Dr Kochar advised some lifestyle changes and a set of quick exercises which I could do at home and i have been doing it for more than a month and i have never felt my back as strong as i feel now. Feels like it is cured permanently. I know i need to continue to exercise but the feeling of strength and flexibility in a crucial body part such as spine is indescribable. Thank you Doctor Kochar.
