Dr. Meenal has done Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) after her BPT from Dehradun. She ranked first in University during MPT degree. She is specialized in back and neck treatments, shoulders, hands, knees, ankle and other joints. She has been extensively trained by experienced therapists from India and abroad.She has undergone the course of the University of Florida, the USA for back and neck treatment and is certified to deliver this treatment which is successfully used in the USA and worldwide over last 10-15 years. She has also undergone the course for Spinal Decompression Therapy delivered by Canadian Decompression & Pain Centers, Canada and is certified to deliver this treatment which is used to relieve pain especially for slip disc patients.She is a certified K-taping therapist, Germany, and a certified dry needling therapist. These techniques are used for supporting muscles to prevent further injury. Most effective for sports injuries.She has undergone the workshop on “spinal manipulation using Osteopathy & Chiropractic techniques”. To learn more about these techniques, She had done Postgraduate International Certification in Osteopathy and modified Chiropractic manual therapy, Goodrum seminars in association with IACOPT, England.She has also undergone a certificate course in Orthopaedic manual therapy, Capri institute of manual therapy based on the integrated approach including Mulligan concept, rigid taping, neurodynamics etc. She has also done the workshop in the bands & balls and trained in the use of these techniques for strengthening the muscles and core. She is a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists.
