I was really concerned about my son, but Dr. Manoj Padman was very calm and patient. He addressed all my worries and put me at ease.
Dr. Manoj is not only a gifted physician but also a very compassionate, sensitive and understanding being.
He very patiently answered all of my questions in a very detailed comprehensive manner while at the same time relating my foot condition the practical areas of everyday life - so I will be able to find the balance between the limitations of my condition while at the same time dong those things that would be optimal to healing the condition.
Dr. Padman covered every possible scenario for my foot condition to include recommending a special customized shoe (boot) if needed. He also very graphically explained the anatomy of my condition so I could truly understand how to deal with it.
He treated me as if I was a close relative or a best friend.
I also found his level of expertise to be beyond any quantified level because it became obvious to me that his professional knowledge of his field is simply without limits.
Lastly - I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Manoj Padman as the one - and only one to see and consult with regarding any orthopaedic condition - especially if surgery is a consideration.

Experience was very good, I went for his opinion as I wanted best treatment for my daughter, and I must say this was by far the best opinion I have received by Dr Manoj, and after meeting him now I wont be meeting any other doctors for futher opinions, my search has ended here and now I am fully convinced on what line of action required for my daughter. On 18 th July I had taken my 19th month old son to show to Dr. Manoj Padman (paediatric orthopaedic). My son had a complaint of bow shaped leg .On physical examination he had confirmed that child looks normal and to confirm if everything is fine he had suggested few X-rays which we got it done right at that time and showed him the films of the X-ray on which he reconfirmed that X-rays are also normal by the time he turns two and half he should start walking normal and the bow should finish. Me and my family were happy with the positive answer and as per his suggestion we did not start any medication. On 28th July I went to collect the written report from the hospital in which it was mentioned suggestive of Rickets. Looking at the written report I couldn’t stay calm and I started contacted the doctor on 29th July however their was no response from his side till 2nd August . After 4 days when I again called the doctor, his assistant is telling me that doctor is now saying that we need to run some test and need to see the child again and he agreed that he had overlooked the X-ray flims and now he is also suggesting that it could be rickets . On 2nd of August I had reported this issue to rainbow hospital which in return had connected me to Dr. Shivani (medical director ). After explaining her the entire scenario I was expecting that she would help me in taking some action against the doctor . However in return she started favouring Dr. Padman. Dr Padman came highly recommended.
But he was NOT PATIENT to hear the main cause of our visit.
He was curt & borderline rude to the child & the parent.
He did not explain the treatment or suggest anything.
10 minutes is all the time he gave us & refused to assist further.
Dr. Manoj Padman is very experienced and explained my condition well. The clinic was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. The consultation felt worth the fees.
Dr. Manoj Padman has been with us for 16 years, and we truly trust him. He always takes great care of my daughter with kindness and patience, listening and understanding. We feel very lucky to have him guiding us all these years.
We went to show our son, who has a difference in lengths of his legs. Dr. Manoj is very knowledgeable of his subject and did extremely objective evaluation on the problem. He listened to us patiently and did not try to hurry things up. We are extremely cynical and curious by nature, but he answered all our doubts and queries without any irritation. He did not try to push us into any medicines or treatment. Neither did he insisted on any particular labs for the tests required. We would definitely recommend him.
