Undoubtedly doctor is very good, but she hardly has time to talk to a patient more than a minute or two as she is single handedly handling lots of patients. No use of taking a prior appointment ever as whenever your go to the hospital you have to wait at least 3-4 hrs to visit the doc and after such a long waiting time you will only be able to talk to the doctor for 1-2mins max as she is in hurry all the time. The Hospital should look into the issue and appointment more docs so that a patient get the required attention and treatment satisfaction.
