We had lost our first child, it was a devastating event in our life. The pain and agony of loosing our first child was unbearable. But, we had to live with it.

We planned for our second baby in 2020. We got in touch with Dr. Manisha Arora Mam through Google. We went to her clinic Matritva clinic in South City, Gurgaon. After the first appointment we were sure we are in safe hands. She was through professional, caring. Listens to our queries patiently and advised us accordingly like a mother. She is the best in her field , a gynaecologist with vast experience and par excellence. My wife complained of watery discharge on 09/08/21 in the evening, I called Dr.Manisha Mam, She asked us to come to Max Hospital immediately. It was panic situation for us, all kinds of thought crossed our mind, We reached at the Max Hospital and called Tripti Mam , she guided us through the entire process at the hospital and ensured that we don’t panic. We went to the emergency, all the test were conducted, got the admission done. The wife was shifted to the gynaecology ward. The entire transition right from the emergency , admission and getting shifted to gynaecology ward was smooth and professional. Dr Manisha Arora Mam was in constant touch and she came to hospital in the night. She examined my wife and said we will for the pain to set in. I and my wife were waiting in anticipation, when the labor pain will set in. We were awake throughout the night. On 10th August 2021 wife was administered medication to induce pain and prepare for the delivery. The entire nursing staff, the house keeping staff was on the job. Very well trained professionals. The pain started to set in Dr.Manisha mam was keeping a close eye and was frequently visiting to check on my wife’s condition. Late in the afternoon she decided to go ahead with the delivery. Dr. Manisha mam got the entire staff in the preparation for delivery. All of a sudden, everyone got into the act, it was a sight to watch how professionals work in pressure tight situation. A perfect example of team work. Dr.Manish Mam got the Paediatrician as well, in case if there is any post delivery complication. Around, 2.42 pm we were blessed with beautiful bay girl. Our happiness knew no bound, there was sense of relief and accomplishment.

Simply Superb!! That's exactly what I can say about Dr. Manisha Arora.

Our's was a very complicated and delicate case, where my wife had conceived after 6 years of marriage. We were very happy for the twin pregnancy and were consulting Dr. Rachna Kashyap in the initial stages. We are glad that Dr. Kashyap referred us to Dr. Manisha Arora for further consultations and cerclage considering that our's was a twin pregnancy and there was a high risk of premature funneling of uterus.

Dr. Manisha Arora very patiently listened to all our queries and explained the cerclage procedure to us and supported us through all the stages of the procedure. 5 weeks post cerclage in a subsequent scan, it was discovered that one of the twins' heartbeat has stopped and the fetus has passed away in uterus. We were extremely worried and since then the already complicated pregnancy (due to twin pregnancy) became a highly complicated and very high risk pregnancy. We were extremely worried and concerned about the fact that the surviving baby might also be at risk due to further complications that can arise.

Dr. Manisha Arora counselled us and guided us all through the course and handled our case with utmost care. It was her who helped me and my wife keep our morale high despite this complication. Dr. Arora was always available for all kind of advice and all through the process, be it day or night, weekday or weekend, our calls were always returned if not answered immediately. It is due to her expertise, guidance and support that we were blessed with a baby girl on 14th of April, 2017, though premature due to the complications. Dr. Arora did whatever she could to continue my wife's pregnancy till 33 weeks which was looking to be a very bleak possibility since we discovered the IUD of one of the babies at 24 weeks. All the medical journals and studies that I could lay my hands on lead us to believe that it is impossible to continue beyond 7 weeks post IUD of 1 twin, however, it was pure dedication and hard work of Dr. Arora that kept our hopes high and finally helped us with our baby in our arms.
