Feedback: I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The doctor charged a consultation fee of Rs. 1000, which is significantly higher compared to other doctors in the area.
What added to my frustration was the additional charge of Rs. 1000 for ear cleaning.
During my appointment, the doctor performed an ear cleaning procedure without any mention of an extra charge. However, upon receiving the bill, I was shocked to see an additional fee of Rs. 1000 for the ear cleaning service. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, as patients should be informed about any additional charges in advance.
I have consulted other doctors in the past for similar procedures, and none of them have ever charged extra for ear cleaning.
I strongly urge the doctor and their clinic to improve their communication practices and be transparent about any additional charges associated with the services they provide. Patients deserve to be informed about the full cost of their treatment upfront, allowing them to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
I hope that the doctor takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates their fee structure. Patients deserve transparency and fairness when it comes to medical expenses. I strongly discourage others from visiting this doctor and recommend exploring more reasonable and patient-centric options in the area.

I had discovered a hard lump between my ear and jaw only 2 weeks ago. I consulted Dr. Manish Prakash immediately. His diagnosis right from the point of first physical examination was completely on point. After the requisite lab tests and MRI which indicated that this had to be removed surgically through a Parotidectomy procedure, Dr. Manish guided and counselled on every aspect of the pre, during and expectations post operations. As it was a delicate surgery abutting the facial nerves, he assembled the best surgical team to assist him for the procedure as reconstruction was also required. My admission into Mayom speciality hospital at the beginning of the week was done very efficiently and in no time I was being wheeled into surgery by the most efficient team there. Overall the surgery was a long one of over 9 hours due to the intricate nature. Cutting edge modern techniques of Intra Nerve Operating Machine were used to avoid any impact on the facial nerves. Dr. Manish is one of the first ENT surgeons to introduce these advanced techniques. With the skill of Dr. Manish and the entire team the surgery has gone very well. The entire week of post operative recuperation has been with constant guidance by all Doctors and round the clock nursing care. I left Mayom confident with these positive results. Post stay follow up consultations have also been on track and suture removals have been very good.
