Dr. Manish Jha

Dr Jha is a great doctor! We are very satisfied with the way he has treated my mom in law .My mom in law is 75 yrs old .She had severe pain in the shoulder which was not going even after being treated by different doctors. Then one of my friend told me about Dr Jha and on consulting him , we were advised to get the X-ray done . After checking reports the doctor advised Physiotherapy sessions along with medication. After around 10 sessions of Physiotherapy at his clinic and his regular advise , my mom in law is totally cured. It has been 1 and a half years and she has never complained of any pain .

I met with an accident Dtd. 25.09.2016 and get operated by Dr. in Star Hospital Bhiwadi even Dr. Jha was out bof Bhiwadi at that time but he monitor the operation via conference (video). Rod is inserted in my Thai, My thai bone was fractured and there is gap about 3" .

Now I am suffering a lot with pain. Sometime it is panic and I am unable to move a single step.

This is my wife's experience. With severe shoulder freeze for weeks she was in great pain. When the doctor could not cure with medicines, he suggested taking steroid injection. My wife was called, she was in pain and left office midway to get the injection but she had to wait for 1.5 hours as doctor was busy. Paid the fees also. She had to return. Was called in the evening again and she waited from 7:40 PM to 9:10 PM for the doctor to see her even when he knew the case. She went and asked the doctor to prioritize as she was in bad pain. The doctor became rude, used inappropriate words and continued to insult her. She cried and came back. Very RUDE, impatient, insensitive, ARROGANT *** **** ******* ******* All the fees in last two months and efforts wasted. POOR service.. Never to visit Genesis again. Prajwal Tyagi 26th Sep'2022

Very bad experience. Would never recommend it to anyone. ******** *** ***** ******** For a single injury - my nephew fell from a cycle and bled. The doctor took Rs 1000 as consultation, Rs 250 for the bandage, another Rs 250 for wrapping the bandage on his arm and Rs 500 for medicine!!! ***** ********

Doctor Manish Jha mislead about the timing and behavior at reception was not good.I was in pain even unable to drive,I was able to meet with another doctor at evening . Highly not recommended this hospital
