We met Dr Koul first time for our 5 day old baby's jaundice. We were in a bit of panicky mode being first time parents but after meeting her all our anxiety settled. She dealt with our zillions of queries calmly.....we have been seeing her since then. Completely satisfied with her treatment, followups. Always answers our queries on phone or watsapp even at odd times....which is a huge help. ** ******** gentle and down to earth human being as well. We would recommend her for any new parents.
