I had a bad experience when i visited for a skin rash treatment. The doctor suggested an ointment to apply and assured the result to be seen immediately which i was skeptical about since any ointment would take some time to effect. Along with this she mentioned that her receptionist will call after a weeks’ time to check on the progress however i received the call after couple of hours which was illogical. Also, she told me that the consultation charges are only valid for 7 days and i have to visit after 2 days. I informed her that i was going out of town and will be back only after 2 weeks to which she was ok and assured not to charge the consultation fee when I visit next. Anyway I bought the ointment and started using it ******* ** *** **** ********* *** * **** I started facing the same problem next day. When I came back i called the clinic and asked for appointment also reminded her not to charge any consultation as discussed to which the receptionist started behaving rude and hung up saying these are rules she cannot do anything about it. I called her again and she stopped answering my calls.

I visited Dr. Jyoti Malik’s clinic last week. During my first visit she prescribed some medicines; but I was surprised to see that her staff was selling that medicine to me. I found it unusual to see doctor staff selling medicine. Most of those medicines were more than a year old. While I was irritated; but for sake of politeness and not to make any issue out of it, I ended up purchasing medicine from them.

On my follow-up visit, doctor advised me to continue with the medicine and this time again her staff came running asking me to pay for the medicine. She was in no mood to give me an option to say No.

Problem didn't end here, now she gave me a completely difference medicine and claimed that doctor is ok with this. I was surprised to see that staff was pushing me medicine that was in their stock and not the one which I required. **** **** *** ****** ******* ****** ************ *** ****** ** ** ******* **** ** ***** ******** *******

Problem didn't end here... Before I leave the clinic, her staff submitted Practo feedback on my behalf [without asking me] and she asked me to just confirm on my mobile. Now I was pretty sure, some Con job was running here, and the staff was in pursuit of winning inflated feedback. I came out convinced that this was be my last visit to this clinic. My Honest Opinion, Look for better option.

Very high wait time even though the clinic was completely empty, and this happened on both visits. I was in a painful emergency situation and the doctor was of no help as use. She mentions multiple cities on her letterhead but there was no help or support in those cities to help patients. ** **** ******* ***** the doctor never attends her phone calls and none of phone numbers provided are hers but all of her staff, who to put it mildly are greatly incapable to dealing with patients and are in a hurry to disconnect your call.

There is no care or duty from her towards her patients, will not recommend. Had an absolutely terrible experience.
