For me a doctor who listenes yo you and then acknowledges the problem is a great thing. Dr Kaur was very understanding & listned to the proble and explained what her diagnosis was and how she planned to help me. Indeed she was gentle with my ear and did what other ENT I saw couple of days back failed to do. Not just this, she refrained from prescribing needless antibiotics and I'm sure i shall be cured of infection with the ear drops she prescribed.

My father (77 yrs) is hemiplegic and aphasic after a stroke 2 years ago. Last Friday he woke up with a lot of sneezing and a very runny nose. When we visited dr. Ishvinpreet, she gave a thorough examination, and patiently tried to understand what my father was feeling. (He can't speak) With the caring way she examined him, you could tell that he felt like he was in good hands. Dr. Ishvinpreet explained the condition to us, and the contributors to it. No heavy medications; so.e precautions, diet tips, and other natural ways to reduce discomfort. All doctors should learn something about patient handling, and communication from Dr. Ishwinpreet.
