Dr. Hemlata Gupta

I have visited the center multiple times and am satisfied with the doctors. The clinic experience was good and there was no delay during this visit. I had a positive experience with Dr. Hemlata Gupta.

**** *************** she dint have patience of one minute for a 4 year old kid to settle down, when she saw that the kid was hesitating to put chin in machine. She just said use refresh tears. **** ********* *** ************** ******* bad with even tonality.

Honestly in my 25 years of visits to doctor i have not seen such impatient and rude doctor plus she won't talk to you properly, and if you ask a question, she wouldn't want to answer anything*

She was thorough, explained things , answered questions and was very kind and humane. Slight delay due to some electric issues in the clinic so wait time was there but she kept trying to see as many as she could. The AC was not functioning so was a little difficult to sit for long and wait ! Otherwise a good experience
