I recommend Dr. Hansa Shahi. The consultation was positive and I felt well cared for during my visit.

Dr Hansa Shahi has been my go-to Dr for all Gastro related issues from last so many years. When I first visited her years back, I was diagnosed with severe GERD symptoms. Through her constant advise and treatment my GERD improved significantly over years from severe status to manageable status. She advised me Laparoscopic fundoplication after careful consideration and recommended me the best surgeon available in the country to perform the surgery. What really separates her from other experiences I have had with other Doctors is the amount of time she invest in counseling, explaining the problem and why she is recommending a certain medication. I feel this is something which is missing today as the Doctors hear your problem and then hand out a prescription without really explaining. One has to be really forthcoming to get Doctors attention. Dr Dr Hansa Shahi has been always there to advise. Even during COVID times, she advised our family and kept us out of unnecessary medicines.. The Doctor was not at all sympathetic towards a super senior citizen of 85 years. In addition we were charged a consultation of Rs 1000/- 2 times when actually the first time were were told that the test shown to her was probably incorrect and to do another test after a week, the test to be carried out for 3 consecutive days ( this would take us 9 days to re-visit the Doctor). The Doctor only visits the clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays , so it was practically not possible to visit the Doctor within a week ( if you visit the Doctor within a week no additional consultation is charged ).

We find her a highly egoistic doctor without any empathy. As a patient, you expect a doctor to listen to your problems and medical history. However, she was so insecure from a patient knowing and telling her medical history in medical terms. She makes personal remarks while not listening to the patient. We cancelled the diagnosis process on the spot and asked her to stop. I wouldn't recommend this doctor unless there is an emergency situation for you which i hope you would never come across.

Since Feb’2020 my Dad (68 years) had been Suffering from severe stomach ache. He had consulted a General Physician, and went through 3 rounds of antibiotics but had no relief. To top it all the locked down made it worse . Suddenly Dad remembered Dr. Hansa Shahi, whom he had consulted for my mother in 2017. We were not sure if she would remember or even respond. However she not only responded, but also handholded Dad through the process. She advised a quick CT Scan and identified the source of pain. She was prompt in guiding us about each detail about how to go ahead with the process & whom to contact at each stage. This lead to early diagnosis of problem, which required a major surgery. She could have left us after handing over Dad to a Surgeon. However, to our surprise, she was following the reports and Dad’s surgery. After successful surgery Dad came back home. She is was till available and approachable for us . During this phase she gave us huge amount of confidence and comfort. Now we don’t hesitate in consulting her on any doubt & at the same time get prompt reply.

As per many reviews here the doctor is rude. If one is going for therapy then this may be an issue to one; but if one is going to get to the bottom of the reason for their ailments; to gain a full understanding of their ailment rather than just been given medicines; to be heard, to share all your medical problems in detail; then Dr Hansa Shahi would be apt. Other doctors simply dismissed my concerns and asked me to stop eating carbohydrates; she understood my issue and in place of asking me to leave a major part of my daily diet she spent time with me, I spent a minimum of 30 minutes with her on my each visit; she gave medicines, recorded results, gave tests and got to the very bottom of the issue. And she truly cares about her patients; she remembers you and your case, inplace of recommending expensive and intrusive tests she asked me to go for cheaper and simple ones first incase they would be sufficient. I was recommended the expensive tests in the first go by other doctors. I highly highly recommend her; she may come off as rude to first time visitors but she cares about her patients and gets the job done!

Dr. Hansa Shahi is a wonderful doctor who listened patiently and reviewed my medical history and tests thoroughly. She was extremely gentle and friendly, and I was truly satisfied with my first visit. I highly recommend her to everyone, and this is an independent and unbiased opinion.

Dr. Hansa Shahi is a very good doctor with accurate diagnosis. She was friendly and explained things well, and the clinic environment and staff were satisfactory.

Dr Shahi is pretty much the only doctor who I have meet in a very long who is not only thorough and painstaking but also bluntly honest in explaining the illness and its impact.

She takes her time during the appointment and does not rush you out like pretty much all the doctors I have seen which is a real pleasent surprise, though she does sincerly and firmly expect one to follow her directions and treatment plan to the letter.

There is level of faith that I as a patient developed for the doctor and would highly recommend her.
