I have visited Dr Garima dental care center with the chief complain of pain in my upper left teeth. The pain was since 2-3 months. Dr had advised that the teeth need to go for extraction followed by implant. I was spectical regarding the treatment but the doctor was very kind and explained me the treatment very well. Hello I had Visited From USA to Dr Garima dental care center , Gurgaon sector 14 for correction of my maligned and crowded teeth.

I had consulted in USA for the same and they had advised to go for Invisalign aligners. But I couldn’t get it done there as it was too costly for me. To my Recent visit to Gurgaon, India my relatives and Friends had suggested me to go to Dr Garima for my orthodontic concern.

I went to Dr. Garima’s clinic in Sector 14 Gurugram after seeing the details on Practo .com. I went there. On 21st August. Dr. Garima Checked my teeth situation and told me that extraction of the last tooth which she mentioned as tooth 7 And recommended for implant . This is on my right lower side of the jaw. For the tooth no 6 where I had pain on the same side , I was told that she will try to save my teeth though she recommends to go for implant. They gave me anaesthesia and started the cleaning process with needles . They took many X rays on that day. Then I was given The date for 22nd August to come again to complete the process. The doctor again gave me anaesthesia and started the process on 22nd August. On that day while claimed cleaning process to remove the infection was going on I felt as if I have been given electric shock just below my lips . Doctor said that let her do the cleaning - this pain is happening or shock is happening because of infection as I told about this electric shock type feeling. I was relieved after some time. In the evening I realised that my numbness has not gone from my lower lip and chin area on right side. I conveyed the same to doctor and I had another appointment on 24th. In The first two sittings I clearly saw an arrogance in the behaviour of doctor and whenever I asked something , the response was very rude . But once I told that I am having this problem , I saw they started behaving very politely This visit was a short one but I was told that this numbness is because of my infection and as infection will go , this numbness will be over. I stayed in touch with doctor , visited her and went last on 2nd September. I had asked Dr. Garima to treat me and she agreed that she only will handle this. I raised once again the issue of numbness feeling on 2nd Sept as this started on 22nd August , a pain or heaviness which I am feeling and this is making things difficult for me and I am unable to Sleep. She mentioned that this situation is not because of her treatment Rather this is because of infection in the teeth and recovery depends on improvement in infection. This was doctor’s statement on 2nd September. She while examining the teeth and putting the medicine , again touch some point where in I again got the similar electric shock type feeling as I had experienced earlier. I shared the same with doctor for which she again mentioned that I still have infection due to this pain is there .
