It's always a pleasurable experience to visit Dr Dutta in Pratiksha. First, the hospital itself is welcoming and there isn't any bureaucracy. Second, if one comes a bit early, wait time is manageable with children. Third, dr Dutta never rushes on us despite having Long queues. He medicates with caution, is nice to my Son, always explains the cause of the symptoms, And he is able to diagnose efficiently.

Dr. Datta takes interest in the patient and explains the problem simply and in detail. He does not prescribe unnecessary antibiotics and also suggests alternate treatments when he feels antibiotics may not be the best solution. He makes a good connect with the children and my daughter looks forward to her regular check ups. He is also prompt in answering SMS and calls, which is a big reassurance in cases of emergency.
