> Service was also extremely slow. I was the ONLY patient in the clinic, there was no other patient at all, still I was made to wait for almost 2 HOURS for the doctor. After consultation, when doctor left, it took another 30 MINUTES just to give medicines. For blood test and urine test, 30 minutes is understandable, but 2 hours waiting time when I was single patient is not justified.

The consultation felt very quick and a bit rushed, lasting only about two minutes. The doctor did not explain much and it was more of a brief audio call rather than the expected video consultation. I also experienced a delay in the appointment time. Overall, I would rate the experience as average.
