I understand that clinics can get busy and delays happen, but basic respect for a patient’s time and transparent communication are expected. Very, very happy with the overall experience as well as with the line of treatment provided.
Visited Dr. Beena for the first time after a significant spike in my blood sugar levels and was in a state of panic. She however heard me out patiently, made notes of everything I had to share and comprehensively walked me through the various treatment options and making me understand why they needed to go for the chosen line of treatment. This was followed by a consultation with the dietician who was equally friendly and understood my concerns well.
The clinic and the staff ooze warmth and friendliness and simple acts such as collecting fees only when I was done with the consultations and was ready to leave the clinic, make a significant, positive difference in the minds of the patient.
They digitize the records and a scanned copy of prescriptions and reports is immediately emailed to you, which again is a simple but very good thing to do.
Before visiting the clinic, I felt that the doctor's consultation fee seemed a bit on the higher side, however post the visit, I do not regret one bit. Experience apart, my blood sugar levels have also started to stabilize and I could not be happier.
