I recently visited Dr. Baishali Duara for a sudden ear infection that led to temporary hearing loss in my right ear. I was quite anxious walking in, but she instantly made me feel comfortable with her calm and professional approach.
She examined the ear thoroughly, explained the issue clearly, and then carefully cleaned the ear without causing any discomfort. She also applied the required medication on the spot to treat the infection.
The best part? I walked in with barely any hearing in my right ear, and walked out being able to hear 100% clearly. The relief was instant and incredible.
Dr. Baishali is meticulous, gentle, and truly knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend her if you’re facing any ENT issues!
