After this, I checked the reviews about the Doctor & staff and decided to go for Hair Transplant from here. So I contacted the Counsellor who has guided me well about the appointment followed by doctor's availability and gave me all the details about the procedure. Counsellor here is very supportive thorough out the whole counselling after the appointment with Dr. Ashit Gupta. Dr. Ashit Gupta who is a Plastic Surgeon and specially practicing in Hair Transplant is very calm and composed doctor I have ever seen. He listened to me patiently and gave answers to all my queries. He further tells me about the pre and post procedure things to ensure me that the procedure will be smooth. He also explained in detail what is he going to do in the procedure and what will be the exact journey from the first day till the result come. I had high level of hair loss at early age (Norwood level 5-6, age: 28). I met Dr. Ashit Gupta on June 23 & 24, 2020. I underwent hair transplantation surgery on June 27, 2020 at his clinic.I would give my feedback in three parts - a.) Pre surgery consultation b.) Surgery day and c.) Post surgery resultsa.) Pre surgery consultation: Before going to clinic, I had spoken to Mr. Manoj who was forthcoming about all my queries. On visit, I found the clinic had good aesthetics and facilities. All staff at his clinic were very well behaved. I found that the doctor was clear about recommendations and his communication was proper. He recommended 3600 grafts transplantation in first session. The price was appropriate and inline with my expectations. I decided to to ahead with surgery the same weekend.b.) Surgery day: I reached at 11 am. The doctor designed the front hairline using marker pen. I found that he did it very carefully as looks depend on the front hairline. After this, I was taken to Operation Theatre. It seemed well equipped, although I am no expert to comment on it. They started surgery at approx 12.30 pm and continued till 6.30 pm. Surgery had two steps:i) First they took out the grafts from back area and side area of head.ii) Then, they punched holes in the front area and transplanted the grafts. The second part seemed more comfortable to me.They took care of me during the surgery. The surgery went well and the doctor said that they had transplanted more than 3800 grafts.c.) Post surgery results: Eagerly waiting for it, I will update this with time.I would say till now my experience has been good. The doctor cares for his patients and aims to deliver the best results.
