Dr. Ashish Kumar Mittal has a great approach and gave us a positive response that made us feel better.
Dr. Ashish Kumar Mittal was good and communicated well during the consultation. The clinic was clean, and the staff were nice. I will provide a full rating after the second visit.
I have visited to Dr mittal in the Confidence clinic. I didn't find him that much useful for us . As a psychiatrist Dr Mittal should some time with patient, Talk to them about their problem. On the first note Dr should focus on the communication with their patient rather then justr prescribing the medications and suggesting them for few therapy sessions. Psychiatry is a field where Dr can understand better when he will speak more with the patient like how do they feel,How do they experiencing the life in last few days etc.The session should be more interactive.Comparitively Dr Mitaal earlier I have visited to a Dr in PGI for my mother and found him more skilled and more interactive with my mother. My mother condition was really serious and critical in the case of psychiatry. The way he treated he treated to us that we were comparatively more satisfied there.
As per my experience i felt In Confidence clinic they are trying to looping the patient by giving them the medication and just asking them to visit this or that therapist. The clinic name is confidence clinic but they are taking out the confidence from the patient. He should try to interact more with his patients and try to understand their problem is the patient problem is temporary and it will just recover by giving them some medications for one or two days or is this something serious.
If some body is suffering from fever then situation is different , if somebody has some heart problem then situation is different but if somebody has some psychic problem then there must be some reason for that Dr should have that skill to pull those things out. One of our family member had some psychiatric problem we have given her some of her own time and take her for vacation and now she is normal and healthy without taking any medications.
Second import point is the clinic is very small either is situated in good location but if you are are dealing with some psychiatric patients then the place should be more spacious and comfortable for them. Now a days its just like this happened to you then take this medicine doctor are just trying to focus only on money making thing.

I have visited many doctors in the past, including the Burlington Clinic in Delhi, but my experience was always disappointing as most were only focused on prescribing excessive medicines and charging hefty fees without truly understanding the core problem.
However, on the recommendation of a friend, I visited Dr. Ashish Kumar Mittal at Confidence Clinic, and I must say, it was a life-changing experience. Dr. Mittal and his entire team are extremely supportive and professional. What sets him apart is the amount of time and patience he invests in understanding each patient's concerns. He listens attentively, addresses every query, and provides genuine motivation and guidance instead of just handing out prescriptions.
His approach is truly commendable, and I am highly impressed with his expertise and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ashish Kumar Mittal to anyone ******* *** **** ******* *****
Cheers to Dr. Mittal and the Confidence Clinic team!

I booked the appointment for 12:45 pm but I had to wait for more than an hour, considering the fact that they charge 1000 for 15 mins they should also value other person's time. The experience was very bad, doctor was not listening to the problem *** *** ***** ** **** *********Yes, as he is a doctor he might be knowing about the kind of mental issue it's attributes etc. but atleast he should be patient enough to listen to individual's experience. Moreover ,when he talked to the patient he bluntly said why dont you go and do this stuff, instead of asking what are your fears why dont you go out. Also the way of talking to patient was not at all professional, on asking for some suggestions for any activity for the patient which can calm the patient down, doctor said what can you do "uske liye to bahar jana hoga"I am patient's sister and I was only giving him options may be you can suggest some online music or creative class to which he vaguely said "Haan to vo sab to kar hi sakte ho"he was not at all interested in knowing the issue or individual's problem.doctor's answer on asking for any activity for patient to help him cope up the situation:"photostate ki dukan khol lo"the patient is graduate , knows programming and is much more capable to do some online tasks without even asking patients background and details , *** ************** *** ********* *** **** ******* ******** ***** *** ***** ** ********** ** ****I had a really really bad experience and I will never suggest or recommend anyone to visit him.if your time is valuable so is the other person's time period!
