We went there for the removal of stunt which was earlier planted in gall bladder. The doctor gave us the timing for 10am-10.30am on Monday, however despite continuous follow up with the receptionist they made us keep waiting. We explained the situation of the patient as being diabetic and is empty stomach, they did not give us a satisfactory answer with regards to the arrival of the doctor. The doctor reached the clinic (ncr’s gastro) at 1.15pm.
The patient was taken to the doctor’s room just before the doctor arrived, they put cannula on her hand and gave ***** anaesthesia without taking the husband’s permission.
We were initially told the treatment will cost 5500 rupees but while we discussed the case with the doctor, he started asking for expensive tests which were not asked earlier.
The doctor was unable to give satisfactory answers.
He might be good at his work but seems too expensive and lacks time management. Though we left the clinic without getting proper treatment.
