Dr. Arun Garg is the head of the stroke neurology at medanta. His vision is to develop “brain rescue” programme for immediate and long term management of individuals with stroke, covering the entire north india with an epicentre at medanta; the first of its kind in india which matches international health care standards. He has developed a three-tier system in north india, where primary and secondary brain rescue centres are connected to hub hospital, medanta-the medicity, gurgaon through network of ambulances and telemedicine. He has pioneered the role of thrombolysis in acute stroke in this part of the country. His passion for stroke has taken him to university of massachusetts amherst (umass), massachusetts, usa and he has tied up with them for stroke prevention / education / treatment / rehabilitation/ latest research. Visited today for neck/cervical pain and show the reports, nothing advised by doctor just referred to see some Dr. S Dubey. I have asked many question to him like what precautions need to take in this condition, questions related to diseases etc. to him but only one answer Dr.S Dubey will advise. Even he is not ready to give any advise for general things/precautions. In last just advised some multivitamins. Went there just in the name of hospital Medanta expecting renowned hospital must be having highly expert doctor but very bad experience.
I have paid Rs.1500 just to listen statement " Dr. S Dubey will advise ".
Hi Dr. Arun is not good doctor he was clueless even I shared the whole one year reports and treatment details but his attitude of consultation was also not good and polite. *** *** **** ** *** ******* ***** ********* *** ******** ****** **** ************* *** ******* ********* ** ************* ******* ***** ****** *** given only 5 mins or less to discuss. Very much disappointed with consultation and never visit again.

Too busy to even make an eye contact. Looked at his PC the whole time. No investigations or physical examination done. Dr.was more interested in getting tests done rather than talking to patient for problem. Even after getting tests done he referred us to another Dr. I had a pathetic experience for my dad.
Visited For Nerve and Muscle Disorders
He was so busy looking at his PC and did even care to at the patient.
Did not even bother to address the patient needs and worries.
This is not expected from a Senior doctor and at hospitals like Medanta.
I visited two times. He doesn't bother to listen and doesn't care. I had a very bad experience visiting him.

He is not a doctor. He is talking as a illetrat person. He dont know how to treat the pacient. He is busy in his system. And we are waiting that he will understand our problem. I recommend that nobody will go to meet him.
