My son is 12 years 8 months old now, he was born with myelomeningocele (one big wond in the backside spinal bottom),Neurosurgeon has done a surgery on 3rd day after birth, then he was fine for 2 years, but the same neurosurgeon did a MRI scan after 2 years and he did another surgery due to tethered cord, since then he has been suffering with neurogenic bladder and bowel problem, that means he has no control on bladder and bowel, we met Dr Anilkumar Pediatric Surgeon in Bangalore 10 years back, he had suggested enema process for bowel management and frequent void of urine, we followed the same, later my son used to get urine infections frequently, Dr Anil has been suggesting for Mitrafinoff and MACE surgery for these two problems but we have been waiting for my son to grow, hoping it can set automatically when he grows, but it did not happen,also consulted couple of neuro surgeons but they also said that, he cannot get control of bladder completely though they do a surgery, recently his kidneys were getting impacted due to urine backforce as he can't avoid urine completely from the bladder, Dr Anil had alerted us again, it is better to go for Mitrafinoff and MACE surgery, otherwise kidneys would get impacted more, we accepted the same, my son had a surgery, he is fine now, no urine infections, he is socially contingent now (earlier we used to support but now he is emptying the urine by himself from the bladder with the catheter).

We and our family are very grateful to Dr. Anil Kumar sir. He was very much approachable and helped us in case of any doubts regarding the care to be taken for stoma even when we messaged him.

As first time parents we are very much worried about our baby's condition and the doctor gave us the confidence.

I am writing this review with lot of happiness and that's because of Dr. Anil Kumar (Sakra hospital) and the smiles he brought back in our family. :) My kid is 7 years old and he had a swollen lower abdomen and we were informed by a general pediatrician that this could be a case to consult pediatric surgeon. Like any other parents, we were worried and have consulted many periodic surgeons. Our worry, came to an end when we spoke to Dr. Anil Kumar and the assurance he had given us. He had answered all our questions very patiently and explained the surgery and post care in detail. He also went an extra mile in taking care of insurance related queries. The procedure went well and was very well guided by Dr. Anil Kumar from Admission to Discharge. Finally, a big Kudos to Dr. Anil Kumar.

The doctor explained things, but I felt the explanation could have been more specific. My experience was average, so I would rate it a three out of five.

Doctor Anil Kumar was good. However, the experience that I and my family had in Cloudnine was bad. I had reached the hospital ahead of time as my appointment was at 5:30 pm on August 9th 2019. In spite of reaching the hospital ahead of time and making the payment, I got an SMS on my phone at 6:16 pm stating that I did not arrive on time for the appointment. On the website, the total amount for the Doctor Consultation charges was displaying as Rs 550 when I booked the appointment. When I reached the reception in Cloudnine and was ready to make the payment on behalf of my son Adriel Tony, I was told that the Doctor Consultation charges is Rs 750. This was a bad experience. I would really appreciate if Rs 200 is funded back to me.

My infant child took this surgery 4 months back. I was very sceptical as to how he would react to anaesthesia and what would be the recovery like. But I thank Dr Anil and the anaesthetist Dr Aparna in Cloud 9, Bellandur who handled the case so professionally and perfectly. The team was there in the hospital at 6 am and the surgery went well and also in time. We were released the same day and our child was walking on his own the same day...I am appreciative of the doctor who chose such an early morning slot for an infant that displays his dedication to his profession. This noble profession has lost its meaning today. But it is indeed commendable and appreciated.

We went to cloudnine for our son's suturing and our appointment for surgery was scheduled for 5 pm and doctor was late for the surgery. he called us one week later for checking the wound. When we went there , he just removed the tape from the wound and told bandage will fall off after washing, I will not remove it. I feel this can be done at home and he should have asked us to come back once that bandage falls off. No words are enough to thank doctor Anil Sir.. my baby had to undergo a major surgery on 2nd day after he was born.. Thanks to Dr Anil sir for service and care he gave.. in our hardest times he provided the light amongst the dark.. his prescence holds a positive vibe which is more powerful than the prescribed medicines.. Thank You sir!!!!

Dr Anil explained everything in detail. It helped us to understand problem and plan of action to remediate health issue.

He took all effort to make us comfortable for surgery process. It builds lot of trust and reduce anxiety.

He did explain everything post-surgery and conducted all follow-ups with all attention to make recovery painless.

We went to cloudnine in emergency as our son fell from chair. The duty doctor examined our kid and suggested suturing the next morning. Dr. Anil was punctual and the suturing was done in 30 mins. He was very friendly and explained the situation well. My child recovered soon and is active now. Didn't prescribe unnecessary medicines. We are happy with the way he treated our child. Will recommend the doctor to everyone.
