I am generally satisfied with Dr. Akhilendra Singh. He is experienced, listens carefully, and explains the treatment well. The clinic is welcoming and staff are supportive. The wait time is short, and fees reasonable. However, the medication has to be taken continuously to prevent hair fall, which can be tiring. The doctor explained this well, but I wish there were a permanent solution.
