His affection and inclination towards kids were the sole motivating factor for him to become a Pediatrician. He did his 3 years DNB Post Graduate program in Pediatrics from the renowned Deen Dayal Hospital- New Delhi. Then he came into private practice and joined few hospitals as a pediatric consultant. He further upgraded his knowledge and he went for the post graduate program from the University of Seychelles – USA. Till then he is in his own practice and now came up with a new venture Chikitsa.

I'm going to Dr. A. Gupta since 2011 for any health issue of my daughter (Shambhabi Mandal). He is very good doctor as well as noble person. Main thing I have noticed his friendliness. He explain every thing related to any type of health issue and vaccination.

Only thing which may ruin your experience is behavior of receptionist, she is always in bad mood. I would suggest to hire someone professional.

We were very satisfied after consulting Dr.Akash Gupta. He explained everything to us very nicely. In fact he has also appointed a nutrition counselor who guides you for childs nutrition in details. No extra charges for consultation with nutritionist.

Doctor is ok, ok. Didn't explain the reason of disease. The clinic is very bad. No place to sit nor any toilet there. He advised to use his staff's toilet upstairs but that was stinking. My daughter refused to use that. In her words "Papa, we will never come here again. This place is very dirty". Medicine too took 1 week to show some results. Then I contacted another doctor for follow up.
Doctor is ok for day to day problems like cough and fever. If you don't mind the ambience of clinic, then can go for day to day problems but not recommended for any specific disease.

Akash Gupta g is a good pediatrician.. But waiting time is very high due to which he get disturbed and looking towards watch time to time during health checking and trying to finish very fast so it is my personal feeling that quality of health checking is low
As a doctor Dr.Akash Gupta is exceptionally competent and experienced. But it's difficult to find him at odd hours. He is never available in emergency. I would definitely recommend Chikitsa and Dr.Akash for good services, and at the same time would request Dr.Akash to make some provision for emergency consultation also.

I booked twice with Dr Akash for my niece. First time was consultationbas my niece was suffering from cold. *** ******** **** ********** I recommend him for kids thought his fee is on higher side. 600/- consultation.
Second booking which i have made was for vaccination. But consultant charges were also taken. Consultant charges should not have been taken as there was no consultant. We went there for vaccination of a kid and no consultant. But doctor charged rs 600 as consultant along with vaccination fee.
