Ms. Aaraina is a counselling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and over two years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. She specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, OCD, academic stress, emotional ups and downs, and day-to-day life challenges.Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need a space to talk things through. I started therapy with Aaraina ma'am during my first year of college when everything felt super overwhelming. Assignments, trying to fit in, family expectations, everything.
