Doctor was friendly , seemed experienced and precise.

But the poor clinic management ( ASHA multi speciality, U block ) led to a very poor visit experience for us . First we had to wait for 15 minutes as the clinic was closed at the scheduled time by the admin boy. He finally arrived as myself and the doctor waited outside in the sun and dust for 15 hard minutes.

Second the admin boy was rude and seemed to lack experience in dealing with patients. Ironically this young lad was the only guy managing everything from patient registration to administering the blood sample collection. I definitely did not feel comfortable with a needle being poked in my veins by an apparent generalist admin guy.

Finally the washroom where you have to collect your urine sample was outside the clinic and you had to climb some stairs to get to it , collect the sample, come back and hand it over again to the receptionist cum nurse cum admin.

To summarise although the interaction with the doctor was good, the visit experience was very rough.

Doctor Garg was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Listened patiently and did not come to any hasty conclusions. Very down-to-Earth and amicable. Would highly recommend him for any problem.

I consulted Dr. Garg few days back...I was given a prescription and asked to take medicine for 5 days.. after the completion of the period, next day I went for follow-up, but I was asked to pay again the fees...as per them, any follow-up after 5 days, is liable to be charged again.. Then I explained to them, how can you expect me to come for a follow up visit, I Dr. Only gave me medicine for 5 days...But still they remain adamant...That was highly unprofessional. Please don't visit this clinic.
