Dr Ashish Jain is an expert in the area of child and newborn care. He has around 16 years of clinical experience in the field of Pediatrics & Neonatology. He is certified in Basic & Advanced Pediatric Life support (BPICC,PALS) ,Safe injection practices and Immunization practices(CCIP).He has been associated with reputed hospitals & institutes to the likes of Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science & Research, New Delhi, UCMS & GTB Hospital, Medanta, the Medicity, Gurgaon, Childs Trust Hospital , Chennai; to name a few. He is an active member of various reputed organizations like Infant & Young Child Feeding Network of India(IYCF),Indian Medico legal & Ethics Association (IMLEA), Indian Academy of Pediatrics(IAP), IMA etc. He has to his credit of being the Haryana State co-ordinator of Infant &Young Child Feeding Network of India (IYCF), IYNCON 2012 and was also conferred with the distinguished service award for the same.He is one of the Pediatricians contributing to framing of Infant and Child Feeding Guidelines,2015. He has been instrumental in conducting various parent oriented workshops & he is known to treat his newborn & child patients with a personal touch.His areas of specialization include newborn care, lactation counseling,diet & nutrition, child and adolescent healthcare.
