It was a great experience being consulted by Dr. Arpita. She helped me a lot during my most distressing phase of my life. I was suffering with OCD which has become much more manageable after getting medications and therapy from Mam. She taught me well how my own thoughts are creating distress within me. I also had difficulty concentrating on my work, I couldn't show persistence and patience which has become a lot more manageable. Her way of communicating is polite and friendly. She is very cooperative and helped me cope with my anxiety well. I am thankful to her that she helped me control my OCD rather than being controlled by it.
