I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Christ University. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and inclusive approach, where I aim to create a safe and compassionate space for individuals and couples to explore their concerns.I work with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional distress, and life transitions. Along with individual therapy, I also offer marriage counselling and therapeutic retreats that combine travel with guided therapeutic experiences for deeper healing and self-discovery.My therapeutic style is collaborative, empathetic, and integrative—drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotion-focused work to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe that therapy is not just about problem-solving but also about building resilience, fostering self-awareness, and creating meaningful connections.
