I've been consulting Dr. Arti Gupta for over 10 years now, and she has always been incredibly patient, kind, and accurate in her diagnosis. She managed my pregnancy from start to finish and waited until the very end for a natural delivery. When the baby didn’t engage, she guided us calmly toward a C-section, which was painless and well-handled.

What I appreciate most is her honest, non-commercial approach—she prescribes minimal medications and only essential scans. Unlike many other places, everything is done within Mayom Hospital itself—no running around for tests or diagnostics. Truly grateful to have had her by my side. Highly recommend!

This is my second inning with Dr. Arti Gupta. She is a doctor with whom one could entrust one's life with, without any hitches.

She has been my one stop Doc 10 years ago when I had my first baby and now my second baby. I have blind faith in her and it comes with the best in class services, guidance and support she provides with the "motherly touch!" The hospital has the best in class services and facilities that gives any other hospital a run for their competitiveness.

The staff has been very courteous and trained.

The food and beverage provided to the patients as a part of the diet plan is not only nutritious but tasty as well which is unlike the typical hospital food.

The taste is homely and helps recuperate faster.

I strongly recommend my doctor, Dr Arti to all mothers and mother to be.

I will keep coming back to her and Mayom Hospital. It's like another home to me.

Personally, I had a very disappointing experience with this gynecologist while consulting for an HSG test and fertility issues. Unfortunately, I found that the doctor and her team were not proactive in explaining my condition or the recommended treatment, leaving me with more questions than answers. The approach felt rushed, as though I was being quickly moved through a series of procedures without proper guidance or explanation, which was quite unsettling given the importance and sensitivity of the situation.

Moreover, there was minimal due diligence when it came to follow-up care, making me feel overlooked once the initial procedures were complete. * **** ******** ****** *** ********** **** ********* **** *** *********** **** ******* ******* ***** *** ******* ****** **** * **** **** ****** **** * *********** **************** ***********

Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied!

I had visited dr arti as I was not getting menses from last 2 months, we had explained our condition to doctor but instead of examine she had directly given us medicine and in result of this we came to know my first baby has been aborted.

It's a big shock for me and my entire as it was my first baby as we were desperately waiting for our baby but now it's not there due to single mistake of Doctor.

I have lost physical strength and bearing huge pain. We had paid good amount of money in ultrasound, blood test and consultation fee.

I am sorry writing a this but lost my everything due to mistake of Doctor. Never expected this time of treatment from a doctor.

I have been visiting and consulting Dr. Arti from 9 yrs now. She has been a friendly doctor who helps in understanding the problem as well as the treatment or tests required for the same. With her way of giving comfort level I am able to recover get the toughest treatment done with ease a d trust that she will give me right advise and I will be healthier for sure since I am in her hands. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor who understands my probkems a d like genie provides the solutions to them too.

I visited the doctor in first week of August for PCOS treatment (which I came to know about only after I visited a dermatologist for hairfall). My periods were pretty normal before starting the treatment, to manage the PCOS she started me on contraceptive pills. I got normal periods in the first month, but after that I have been having regular bleeding on and off, I thought I should speak to the doctor, she might want to change the medicine. But she won't entertain you over the phone, you must see her and pay the 'consultation fee' again. This is something which can be discussed over the phone too. If I have to visit the same doctor for changing the medicine of same problem, I won't pay the fee again!

First of all the wait time for too much.. My appointment was for 6.30 and I was called at 7.45. the doctor just listened to my problem and send me for ultrasound.. she did not check me or asked any questions etc. When I went for ultrasound, I realised that very lady who showed to her in last 2 hrs is send for ultrasound.. also the cost of ultrasound was too high.. * ***** **** ****** *** ** **** *** *** **** ****** But she insisted to get it done right away and show her the report. In the beginning I told her that I have PCOD and after ultrasound also she concluded that I have PCOD and just gave me contraceptives for 3 months. For this visit I spend approx 5k.. which was very expensive ** **** ** ********* **** ******* ** ***** * **** ***** **** ***** I was not satisfied with the Doctor at all..

Visiting in the morning in emergency department for complain"chest Pain in center with neck and soldier".

Some one attending nurse and after some time one Dr Tripti is came with wearing Dr Lalpathlabs coat and she started to check and given some gastric medicine but Pain was as it is.

After again complaining for pain, she called Dr arati.

She came write multiple examination etc ECG, ECO , X-ray ,CBC, Urine examination etc.

After report and found that all reports are normal.

When my wife is trying to check spacility of Dr. Found that she is gynologist and written all cradiologist test which not related with her.

After fighting management trying to convince that we will arrange physician Dr. B N Singh.

Now he checked all reports and he told report is fine.

But still no one find what is issue and Pain as it is and time goes from 8.50 to 1.00PM 4hrs.

Now he suggesting that we will keep under observation for 5-6 hrs.

Again nothing is happening just given a pain killer around 4PM.

And finally 7 o clock told experience you can go. And assuring That pain killer is sufficient if issue same please came again.

Really totally bad experience.
