Started with the treatment for 10 days package and i went there for 3 days. The doctor haven't touched ecen for a si gle dat, just a hz machine for 15 mins and recomended 3 exercises which is to be done at home.Further, during my 3rd visit i was recommended for 21 days treatment and the pain relief course which was 3 days before now extended for 10 days.

I have been treated by Dr. Anuj Sharma and his team of doctors at Theracare past 4 months now. I would highly recommend each one of them be it home visit or clinic visit. The gradual treatment progression, understanding patients issues, scheduling sessions as per convenience, trying to give a wholistic treatment is something awesome with them which is a rare quality in doctors these days.
They would recommend exercises as per office, home whatever suits the patient and makes him recover fast.
I would highly recommend Dr Anuj and his team for any such issues.
