Almost nil waiting time and exactly on schedule. Dr Sachin Handa was very warm and forthcoming in understanding my issue. He gave good time inspecting my ear and also provided and explained using live feed the issue in my ear, probable causes and the solution or way ahead for the same. He prescribed medicines and within 6 hours my pain has almost gone and things look very good. Will continue to complete the medicine cycle and meet him for review. Overall, a very good experience, cordial staff, hygiene practice and positive attitude.

I was suffering from throat pain from 2 days and I consulted doctor sachin through practo physically, and he thoroughly examined my throat and explained me the issue and gave me two options for the treatment, he was very polite and kind through whole conversation, after choosing one option of the treatment and going through it for 2 days I am writing this review, results started to show just after first dosage of his prescription. I would recommend his consultation to friends and family if incurred with ENT issue.

Dr. Sachin is my go to doctor for any ENT related issue. I had visited in past for acid reflux related issue and Dr. Sachin was able to diagnose and find the root cause in first meeting itself. Had visited for cyst on inner lip and he was able to safely remove it and it did not reoccur ever. Most recently visited for ear blockage and he not only explained it well but also shared root cause and how to prevent it. Dr Sachin treated with care and it was great experience just as always. Was going through this throat pain/irritation for the last couple of months and the pain started going towards the left ear as well.

Visited Dr. Sachin Handa and after a detailed examination, was prescribed a 10-day medication along with some lifestyle changes. The result was phenomenal and exactly in 10 days I'm feeling absolutely fine.

However, as a patient, I too followed the complete course of medication and other lifestyle changes recommended by Dr. Handa (especially, the Do's & Don'ts, Instructions about what not to eat or drink along with a higher sleep position to ensure no acid refluxes). The best part is, all this got achieved without any anti-biotics but other generic medicines. Thank you Dr. Handa.

Had taken an appmt for 5 pm through the practo app. On reaching at 5 pm I walked into the clinic and it was completely empty. No assistant or doctor or patients in sight. After a few mins, an assistant walked in and said the doc hasn't come in yet. Said let me call him and check, went outside and came in saying his phone isint reachable! I asked him to suggest what I should do - he said he managed to get through his home landline and will take 10 mins more. By then it was 5 15 so I decided to wait 10 mins, again checked at 5 25, was told 20 mins more! pathetic way of handling appmts. not going back!

I had a pretty positive experience. My dad was an ENT specialist too and till he was alive...I never needed to consult anyone. This was the first time I faced a throat issue so bad that it required me to consult a doctor. I felt a little scared when he lifted an instrument to examine the throat (a first for me) but he helped set my fears to rest and was very gentle and helpful in directions. He explained the problem, answered all my questions (even if dumb) and also explained the prescription at length. He even stated that I should start seeing improvement soon but in case there was no change in 2-3 days...that I should revisit and he is there to help.

Doctor made me wait 2 hours and didn’t even show up . Very rude reception person who kept on delaying while i was there for an emergency. *************** Please choose someone else . Very bad experience. Reception person kelt on calling and asking for more time sating that the doctor will be there in 15 mins and made me wait for 2 hours . By the time the doctor showed up i had already visited a doctor and taken consultation and was home . That’s when receptionist calls and says that the doctor is there . ************ ******************

It has been a pleasure knowing Dr Handa, hats off to his professionalism. I was suffering with a very bad ear blockage, and on a Sunday, when he had already left his clinic, he chose to turn back and help me out. Mind you, I had been to Medanta before this, where I didn’t get the right diagnosis or help, but Dr Handa here in 2 mins diagnosed and fixed my problem.

Cannot help but notice some people dropping some negative reviews here, out of curiosity I discussed them with Dr Handa only to realise that some patients don’t understand that even doctors can have good n bad days, challenges they may be dealing with, through which they still try to come through and provide treatment. We need to take a breath and be kind before just typing away a review thats downright questioning someone’s practice.

I hold a lot of respect for Dr Handa for the way he came through for me, highly recommend him.

Very experienced doctor and with a lot of wisdom. He was able to easily diagnose the problem, which was a foreign body in throat (has been constantly giving pricking pain) and with a lot of patience and precision, he was successfully able to remove that. This process, after endoscopy, needed a lot of patience from both doctor and patient, and he really helped us put at ease, as it was such a tiny food particle, which i thought wouldn't go, unless being admitted to hospital. But the way, he explained things and kept calm throughout and helped us deal through it, it was just unbelievable. Thank you so much Doctor Handa.

I had an ear infection with internal tissue growth. On consulting with Dr Sachin Handa, he suggested a mastoidectomy surgery was required on checking the reports. He explained the ear issue, surgery process and all questions related to it very well. He made sure I understood all of it and be less terrified of the situation. I followed up with him on calls and watsapp before and after the surgery process. The treatment was successful. Now my ear is all good. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend him.
