Being a person who has taken multiple sessions with Dr. Sonali, I am grateful and honoured to share that therapy with her is like talking to your most comforting and non-judgemental friend; which is an extremely rare treat to find these days. Be it Sonali going out of her way to share relevant books/ videos/ ********* or her being available for emergency sessions or just the simple happy, positive vibe that she exhibits every time you meet her, it is humbling to come across someone who is genuinely concerned with your case along with maintaining excellent levels of professional commitment. If there is someone who has been with me through the past few months in a completely unfiltered manner, it’s been Dr. Sonali. She got the ball rolling with adjusting to every little mood change, adjusting therapy according to unique situations that sometimes get created in life and helped me in all my phases of lows and highs. I admire, adore and most of all respect her for her hard work, maturity and how she is as a human being in general.

I started therapy because my friend had booked a session with Dr Sonali. I thought what can someone do when there are solutions to my concerns. I started sessions 6 months back and now i can reflect back and wonder why i dint start this healing space process earlier. Ms Barthwal created a safe space for me to share/brainstorm/vent/cry/laugh on life things. Dealing with grief can be extremely challenging. Would recommend anyone who is going through a tough time to just go to her and she will make you so comfortable that you would start to see changes after some sessions. I still plan to go to her once a month now.
