I took the appointment on 22/07/22 and doc told me to get few test done and come with reports this time doc took the consultation fee of 1k INR. again i took appointment (25/07/22) with the doctor reached clinic 5 mins before the scheduled to my surprise no one was on the clinic i started calling doctor and she didn't picked the call. after waiting for 15 mins she came. as usual poured her discouraging words after looking my blood report and wrote down medicine and injections. one injection i was supposed to get on alternate day she told me that you have pay the consultation again and come here every alternate day to get the injection 7 times and you don't have to pay for the same after that she has not picked my call on the next injection dose day even being on the clinic which she herself confirmed a day after and said that you can get that injection by any nursing staff anywhere else.

The word RC (Relationship Care) defined at this clinic. Outstanding services, superior consulting, sophisticated way of taking care of the patient. I have consulted many doctors for my mother since last 8 years in GGN but finally we ended up this month here at Premio Clinic. Dr Shashi Verma not only ensure to guide us well on problems related to overall health issues but also guided us well for other major kidney issues with Dr Salil Jain. They are genuine and helpful. We have visited couple of days for the treatment with Dr Shashi Verma, the one thing which always makes me wonder that she ensures to drop her patient till the doorstep of her clinic like a family, this is not common these days, this practice is called true care and show case true affection. The address of the clinic is incorrect. Have been consulting Doctor Salil for the past two years and have been following through for an appointment since the past 1 month but haven’t managed to meet him to discuss the investigations suggested as the appointment scheduling at both the locations is done in the most unorganised manner. The doctor is never available at the said time. The clinic is locked *** *** ** ****** *** ** *** ***** ** *** **** ** ** ************ Despite waiting for an hour nobody - including the co doctor or the secretary are clear about the doctor’s availability but the appointment has been confirmed by them.

I wasted a month and made 3 trips and never managed to meet the doctor.

I was suffering from weekness and body ache from very long time and also consulted other doctors but finally when I visited to Dr Shashi Verma the way she explained all the symptom .I get the felling now I am at right place.
