Archana Mam deserves a huge salute, I dont feel comfortable sharing my personal details here but in a different perspective if somone is struggling with the issues and stress on the same matter may be my story might help. I reside at poland and with recent chekups i had prediabetics/fatty liver and many more issues including weight issues. I have been overweight all my life. Tried various exercise and diet regiments many times and each time, it failed.
