My experience with Dr. Shubham Joshi at Paras Hospital, Gurugram was very good. I went to the hospital after a road accident with a painful leg injury at 7 pm when doctor was about to leave but he waited for me and personally cleaned and applied the stitches to my wound himself, which speaks about his dedication to his patients.

Beyond his technical skill, Dr. Shubham's bedside manner is truly commendable. He is an incredibly patient listener, taking the time to understand my concerns and answer all my questions without rushing. His ability to explain the treatment plan clearly, all while maintaining a pleasant and smiling disposition, made a significant difference. **** **** ** **** * ****** *** ******** **** **** ********* **** ******* ****** *** ***********

Visited Dr for blocked ear today. The Dr did not treat or recommend any treatment for blocked ear but sent patient for Audiometry test.

Post which Dr recommended hearing aid and called his person providing hearing aid to his chambers to sell hearing aid to the patient. All throughout the Dr was aware that the patient a 80+ year old person is also a Dr.

I visited him for nose block issues and throat pain . I had sinus problem . Within a week after the surgery I was healed completely without any complexity. I was highly satisfied with his treatment. I highly recommend him .

Doctor Manpreet Sodhi Ma'am is very kind, understanding and full of patience because many times Dr. Just wanted to talk about there observations only, because of that they underestimate other signs of the patient,

The most important thing that she is available all the time whenever I have a doubt she connected and sorted out the same thing asap.

When I entered Dr Indu’s cabin for the first consultation on 08 Jun 2026, after seeing her smiling face my first sentence to her was, Doctor, I feel my half of the problem is already over without even our verbal communication to begin. Dr. Indu Bansal Agarwal is extremely cooperative, calm, patient, and always approachable. She explains each aspect of the treatment and ensures that patients understand the process in the simplest possible language. She is never in hurry and is always ready to answer questions with patience and empathy.

Environment, care, motivation and helpful attitude of entire team give homely feeling & puts patients at ease & comforts.

One of the most remarkable initiatives experienced was, she along entire team’s Saturday interaction with patients over a cup of tea. At 74 years of age, I have never seen such a thoughtful and meaningful interaction between a doctor and patients. It created a warm, open, and healthy environment where patients could freely share their concerns not only of their medical issues but anything/any matter. This results in getting firsthand information for the doctors to gather & gain understanding of variety of issues. Here her team members also participate actively.

During one such interaction, one of the patients mentioned that doctors sometimes speak too quickly or use technical/ medical terminology. Dr. Agarwal accepted the feedback gracefully and explained that while medical terminology can be complex, her team always tries to explain everything in the simplest possible way so that every patient can understand. Her cheerful smiles and willingness to listen left a lasting impression on everyone present.

Dr. Indu has inspired her entire team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and patient care. I am completely satisfied—not only with the treatment I received but with the overall experience provided by the Radiation Department at Paras Hospital, Gurugram.

In my opinion, Dr. Indu Bansal Agarwal is one of the finest doctors and a good leader to lead & motivate the team. I sincerely thank her and her wonderful team for making my treatment journey so comfortable & reassuring which I finished on 30 Jun 2026.
