I came in with constant shoulder pain and instability from a labrum tear. It was affecting sleep, gym, and even daily work. Dr. Saurabh took time to explain the MRI, the surgical options, and what recovery would look like. No rush

The surgery went smoothly. The team was professional and made me feel comfortable. Post-op, Dr. Saurabh and the physio team gave me a clear rehab plan. At 3 months I’m back to 90% range of motion and pain-free.

He was kind enough to offer me an explanation without even a fee or anything, and once he saw, he prescribed and explained alongside. One of the kindest doctors who knows what he’s doing. I don’t wish a fracture on anyone, but highly recommend him.

Very disappointing experience. Had a confirmed appointment with Dr. Manish. After payment, I waited at reception for 30 minutes and was then told the doctor had already left while I was still sitting there. Staff were busy chatting and could not manage a basic scheduled consultation.

My mother had travelled from Indore for this visit. Took a refund and left. Would not recommend if you value your time and planning.
