I had bad viral infection and severe body ache, we had consulted another doctor on Practo a day ago but no major medication was prescribed, and a lot of tests were prescribed. I called again as my body ache got worse and I had difficulty in movement - Dr Vinod was very patient heard all our issues asked clarifying questions and recommended required me fixation which included medicines not only for fever but also internal healing and I started feeling better now. Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
The doctor was trying to be helpful, and gave his time freely, but needs improvement in a lot of areas:1. He told me to stop taking allergy medication that has been prescribed by my pulmonologist without taking a full medical history or digging deep at all. He didn't even let me tell him that I have gotten ENT surgery recently.2. Although he is only a GP, he talked overconfidently about things and directly contradicted what my ENT surgeon and Pulmonologist have told me is essential for my health.** *** ******* ***** ************ * ***** ****** ********** **** ** *** ****** ** ****He has a good heart and is trying to do the right thing, *** ** ** ************* **** **** * ********** ******* ******* **** **** *** *********** **** ***** ******* **** **** **** **** *** doesn't listen to patient history.
